International Women's Day 2019

This year the theme for International Women’s Day (IWD) is #BalanceForBetter. The charity behind the event wants to champion professional and social equality, from the boardroom to the media. Whether associated with IWD or not, many brands have made it a key event on their marketing calendar.

In this briefing Pearlfinders has profiled 20 brands that have put women’s causes at the centre of their marketing and business strategy. Some perform well in terms of gender equity, others have made an impact via their marketing, partnerships and advocacy work.
