Did somebody say Just Eat? 

We did - this time last year in our Brands to Watch in 2019.

And rightly so. Just Eat released its first global brand campaign and ended the year amid a merger with Takeaway. com. We also foresaw the M&S creative and digital reviews, MoneySupermarket’s new brand positioning and strategy and Ribena’s sizeable marketing investment. We didn’t quite anticipate the scale of the upheaval TUI would be dealing with but robust PR support was certainly a good call.

This time around, we’ve further refined our analysis and data to identify 15 brands we’re confident will be shifting spend and investing in major marketing initiatives for the year ahead. Many have appointed new CMOs or senior marketers. Most have ambitious growth plans either domestically, globally or both. Several have not reviewed one or more key marketing channels for several years – now is the time to be re-engaging with them.
