About Us

Bill and Denese Colbourne together with Gareth Dixon, launched Rainmaker in 1996. It was the very first integrated new business support consultancy and went on to pioneer the insight-led, proactive model for new business development. This in turn, led to the idea for Pearlfinders in 1999, which was slowly perfected in-house before being launched in 2003. A further innovation occurred in 2006, when Blossom was launched to present an in-house new business HR solution for companies that prefer not to use an external.

Today, Rainmaker and its affiliates supply 400 companies with new business support and employ 45 bright, professional people from an office in Clerkenwell, London.
